Note:
Part of the perform saw bands have different level bending problems in the side surface after several processes of cold machining and heat treatment. The straightening production line straightens the saw bands by orienting rolling the side surfaces. The principle machine of this production line is 12T hydraulic straightener and can straighten single saw band or whole coil of bending saw band. The charging and discharging plates will be added at the entry and exit of the straightener to assist the straightening of whole coil of saw bands.
