Heating Furnace
Note:
The molybdenum silicon bars of 72 groups are used to be the heating elements in the heating fu-rnace. They are installed into the furnace cavity from the top of the furnace by means of side sett-ing method. There are six gradient heating zones within 5 meters. When the heating elements have troubles, the repair work can be done without sto-pping the equipment. It avoids the disadvantage of traditional heating elements that are wound resi-stance wires and have to stop the equipment when the repair work is done. Function parameters: rat-ed power 64KW, long-term using power is 25 KW, ra-ted temperature 1350C, long-term permissible wor-king temperature: 1250C, accuracy of temperature controlling is ±1C.
